Fix #6449
Update SPM dependencies to address platform build warnings from specifying a lower iOS minimum iOS version than what is supported by Xcode. See details in discussion at https://forums.swift.org/t/minimum-ios-version-xcode-12-and-build-warnings/40224/5.
All dependencies are fixed except gtm-session-fetcher (for Auth, Storage and Functions) which is addressed at google/gtm-session-fetcher#202
