This PR fixes #26393.
Now the default behavior of InsertCursoreAbove/Below is to operate on logical lines instead of visible lines.
argsfor the command still works. However, as command args is used very rarely and I couldn't find any documentation on it, it should probably be added to the documentation as well.If you prefer to have a setting for this instead of changing the default behavior let me know.
