Zip issues with Swift-implemented libraries - Fix Zip Storage test failures

The Swift Sample is failing because the Interop xcframeworks are not included in the zip build:

The Objective C Sample is failing because FIRStorageReference is not recognized, even though FIRStorageMetadata is:

#9632 should fix the first problem

The Objective C issue is the result of the generated umbrella header not including FirebaseStorage-Swift.h and setting the necessary architecture flags. FIRStorageMetadata was found, but only as a forward ref, because it's in FIRStorageTypedefs.h.
