Does GitHub Education approve teachers from the municipal sphere?

Hi everyone,

I am a municipal public servant – a computer science teacher. I enrolled in the GitHub Education program and submitted my payslip as proof of employment with the municipality. Because it is a small municipality in southeastern Pará, Brazil, it lacks the complete infrastructure of institutional emails, ID badges, and other resources. However, I have the payslip issued by the municipality, which I used to prove my employment as a computer science teacher. Could someone tell me if the GitHub Education team considers this as proof, since I don't have an ID badge or institutional email?
